VOCE Penthouse Living Room Rendering
Developed by Vastland founder and CEO Mack McClung, VOCE introduces “Homeownership Powered by Hospitality.” The building features 287 thoughtfully designed studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom, as well as seven penthouse residences.
Owners may live full-time, use a residence as a second home or pied-à-terre, or join VOCE’s fully managed hospitality program. Residences are designed and furnished by RH (Restoration Hardware). When participating in the program, VOCE handles reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance, allowing owners to generate revenue with no day-to-day management.
The newly released penthouse renderings highlight refined luxury living high above the city.
